Succession Legal was founded by our principal, Amy Fisher, in 2010. Having worked as a taxation consultant and then with a financial planning business, Amy could see the need for local and specialised wills and estate advice.

Amy's vision went way beyond filling in forms and ticking boxes. She has created a thoughtful and customised succession planning service. It includes strategy and risk management to help your estate plans to operate the way you intend. For example:

We're not just another law firm

There are plenty of Victorian law firms that practise in wills, estates and conveyancing. But only a small percentage of those firms have an Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates.
