After 40 years operating Faulkner Legal, Eric Faulkner has decided to retire from legal practice.

Succession Legal is privileged to have been asked to take over and care for Eric's clients and assume custody of all the deeds (Wills, Titles etc) previously held by Faulkner Legal.

Succession Legal is a specialist wills, estates and conveyancing law firm in Geelong. Succession Legal was founded by our principal, Amy Fisher, in 2010. Having worked as a taxation consultant and then with a financial planning business, Amy could see the need for local and specialised wills and estate advice.
